- We are developing a novel platform of small molecules to address the largest unmet needs in oncology. Our lead compound is a synthetic lethality treatment directed at cancer mitochondria. Our first indication is ARID1a mutant solid tumours (NSCLC, Ovarian, Gastric) and Glioblastoma, as a single agent or in combination with targeted agents or radiotherapy.
