Description of your activity

  • The mission of the company is to develop new therapeutic options for the treatment of selected malignancies. The CasInvent technology is based on the use of proprietary inhibitors of enzymes belonging to the Casein Kinase 1 (CK1) family. We have different types of CK1 inhibitors 1 (CK1) in Lead Optimisation to our knowledge the most active & selective CK1 inh. today. We have a PoC in AML, but mainly want to target solid tumors such as PDAC, TNBC or resistance in Melanoma.
