Atonco develops innovative and disruptive radiopharmaceutical drugs using a radioactive component, astatine-211 (At-211)
First clinical target of ATO-101(CA9 antibody-At-211) is intended for NMIBC patients.
Alpha immunotherapy using At-211 aims to destroy microscopic tumors down to the last tumor while preserving normal cells adjacent to tumor cells, thus ensuring low toxicity, avoid cystectomy and improved quality of life.
The funding will support NMIBC phase 1/2a clinical studies.
